Hey! It's a "Handy Dandy Notebook"!

It's me, yet again! Are you sick of me yet? I'm back with post #5 for MPS's NSD Celebration. This is for Challenge #6, which was to incorporate a tag. Now, I don't like tags, I don't really use them, but I got a collection that I thought was really cute, and had a sheet of cut apart tags, so I mounted one on a sheet of patterned paper, inked it up a bit, added a little bling and stamped a sentiment on it.

Patterned Paper & tag from Dilly Dally by Making Memories
Heat Set Rhinestones by Tulip

*also used my Cinch Machine and Apron Lace border punch by Fiskars. 

The first thing my 4 year old son and 2 year old niece said was "It's a handy dandy notebook!". I'm thinking they've seen Blue's Clues one too many times. At any rate, they both want their own notebooks now, lol.

Growing in Unity Blog Hop

Hi! Thanks for joining us for the GIU blog hop, if you got here from Amy 's blog then you're in the right spot. This is going up a bit late as I'm having major pc issues! So for the hop today, I'm showing you my massive project that I'm working on. I decided to make recipe books for a few people for Christmas and so I'm starting now. I'm using the Chilled Strawberry Soup set, I love it, it's super cute! I'm doing a few different cards into a single set. The set I'm currently working on use the strawberry, oven mitt and the heart.  I think that I'll end up with 20 or 30 of each card type per set. My Cricut Craft Room's Card & Invitation Blog Hop

Welcome to the Card & Invitation Blog Hop hosted by Erica at My Cricut Craft Room. If you're just stumbling upon my blog start at the beginning { HERE }, this will get you to Erica's blog and let you know all the requirements for the blog hop candy. Here we go! So I'm completely unsure what I'm using this card for yet, but I like it. It measures 4" x 8". The base is a die cut sheet from the 8 x 8 pack of patterned paper from the Dilly Dally line by Making Memories. The plaid & butterfly print are also from that line, I manipulated a bracket shape on my Gypsy so that it would mimic the shape. Not sure which cartridge it ended up being off of. The ribbon is by Making Memories also it's from a vintage line, grosgrain with a ruffled edge. The yellow flower is a sticker from the Making Memories Chloe's Closet line and the stick pins are from that line also. The "Live. Laugh. Love." stamp on the bottom right corner is from My Pink Stampe
