Hi! Thanks for joining us for the GIU blog hop, if you got here from Amy 's blog then you're in the right spot. This is going up a bit late as I'm having major pc issues! So for the hop today, I'm showing you my massive project that I'm working on. I decided to make recipe books for a few people for Christmas and so I'm starting now. I'm using the Chilled Strawberry Soup set, I love it, it's super cute! I'm doing a few different cards into a single set. The set I'm currently working on use the strawberry, oven mitt and the heart.  I think that I'll end up with 20 or 30 of each card type per set. So Kim over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps completely rocks and opened up a guest design team contest! I knew that I would actually have time to participate for the full month this time around and so decided to throw my hat in the ring. Here are the two projects I did. I kept it pretty simple and decided to focus on the stamps instead of doing a super detailed background.  The first stamp set I decided to use was Happiness is Reading. I kind of adore the little boy image in this set, he's so happy with his books and puppy! I used papers from the Echo Park "That's My BOY" Collection. They worked so well with this stamp. The second image I decided to use was Look for Rainbows. She's so cute, sassy and has great sentiments!  I used papers from the Heidi Swapp "Favorite Things" 6 x 6 paper pad for this card. I also used a clear Wink of Stella marker on the umbrella. The studs are glittered and are from the Imaginisce iRock line. Both
